Right — been on this thing for about five months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d write something up since a lad on another thread asked me last week. Am based in the UK, generally bet football and racing, small stakes, so take it how you like.

How I found it was honestly pretty stupid — I couldn’t ever work out what an e/w return actually came to once you get five places instead of three. Basically I’d guess and then be surprised. Now punch the numbers in before every slip, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator is the part I’m on daily — you drop in your stake, the odds and you get the return instantly, either odds format. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — trebles maths, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, which is where I’d always lose track. The thing that genuinely shifted things for me is the nerdier bits. There’s an implied probability thing which shows you what margin’s baked in, and a kelly tool — I use half kelly since full stakes are a quick route to a dead bankroll. The dutch tool is decent when I’m spreading across selections.

Couple of gripes. The design feels very functional, let’s say — no frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it’s usable although the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. There’s no proper app, it’s a website and that’s it — fine by me but worth saying.

Anyway. Costs nowt, barely any ads, does what it says. If anyone still does the maths on paper, give it a go — it’s saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.
