I’ve been playing at Tenobet for the spring, so I figure I have enough mileage to actually comment. Found it through someone on another board who wanted something with proper lobby depth that didn’t have the usual affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the regulated UK ones. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, and that cuts both ways.

The lobby is pretty huge — about 3,000+ slots last I looked, with the names you’d want are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Mainly I rinse Gates of Olympus plus Gates of Olympus, which both load quick on mobile browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve dabbled in on footy, it’s fine, nothing more.

Bonus-wise it’s 100% up to ?125 and 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms first, the requirement is fairly standard either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing that I could find. If you want to see the live offers, you’ll find them over on tenobet reviews before you sign up. Min deposit’s a tenner, registration took maybe two minutes.

Cashouts have been the stronger part in my experience. Visa/Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; Visa took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was KYC — they took 36-48 hours to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Not dodgy, just slower than I’d like.

Couple of niggles: they don’t have an app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on Android but I’d prefer a proper app. Logging in sometimes gets a bit slow around weekend evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is English-speaking and reasonably quick, but the first replies read like templates. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.

I’ve been playing at Tenobet since roughly February, and I reckon I’ve got enough experience to say something useful. Came across it via a mate of mine who was after something with decent slot coverage that didn’t have all the affordability checks you see everywhere now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.

Lobby’s genuinely big — about 4,000+ slots last I looked, and the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play’n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I rinse Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, both load quick in browser. Live side is all Evolution, so it’s exactly what you expect — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, which I’ve used a handful of times on the football, it’s fine, nothing more.

The welcome thing it’s a 100% match to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, and you need the promo code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Check the playthrough first, it’s fairly standard to be honest. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. If you want to see current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet reviews rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, registration took maybe two minutes.

Payments have been generally fine for me. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. Skrill withdrawals have landed same day twice; cards were slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was KYC — took about two days to verify me, so the first cashout just sat there the whole time. Not dodgy, but a bit of a wait.

Few more things: there’s no app, so you’re on mobile browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though an app would be nicer. Logging in is occasionally a bit slow in the evenings. Support’s English-speaking and reasonably quick, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
