Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ThemeWar.com or acquiring any licensing attributes for our themes, plugins, or template architectures, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age or possess the legal operational authority to bind your agency or company to these stipulations.

Digital Asset Framework

ThemeWar creates, codes, and distributes premium digital products. Our operational inventory includes:

WordPress Themes & functional extensions/plugins;
Webflow dynamic templates;
Framer components and template configurations.

Because these are digital assets delivered via file distribution layers or marketplace duplications, they are deemed “used” upon download, transfer, or key generation.

Payments, Gateways & Billing

All direct purchases handled through ThemeWar.com utilize encrypted, high-security merchant transaction handlers. We do not store financial secrets on our host databases.

Stripe Processing Handles encrypted credit/debit transactions, corporate card checkouts, and standard token authorizations.

Lemon Squeezy Merchant Acts as our Merchant of Record for specialized distributions, providing automated global tax compliance, invoice handling, and download key tracking.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and valid payment parameters. If an authorization is flags-marked as suspicious, fraudulent, or exhibits clear chargeback risk, we reserve the right to revoke associated license keys and terminate distribution access channels immediately.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the structural nature of intangible digital goods, all direct sales on ThemeWar.com are final. Once code blocks, theme zip bundles, or template assets are downloaded or transferred, we do not issue unconditional cash refunds.

Exceptions for Refund Processing:

Un-downloaded Licenses: If you purchased a license but never downloaded the asset files or activated key arrays, monitored through our checkout server tracking.
Verifiable Code Malfunction: If a plugin or theme contains a technical bug that prevents core setup operations, and our engineering support staff cannot supply a correction pathway within 7 business days of an official support query log.

Refunds will not be authorized under circumstances involving simple changes of mind, lacking the technical capacity to run a server framework, configuration clashes caused by third-party plugin extensions, or code adjustments modified by you or an external developer.

Licensing & Scope of Usage

Every product purchase establishes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files. Reselling, redistribution, sub-licensing, or bundling our products inside external open repository networks is strictly prohibited.

WordPress Assets: Code frameworks inherit GPL guidelines where applicable, but styling, layout trees, visual compositions, and brand marks remain proprietary to ThemeWar.
Webflow & Framer Templates: Bound to single-use parameters where one purchase license accounts for a single production instance or deployment project.

Ecosystem & Marketplace Purchases

If you purchase ThemeWar products via **ThemeForest (Envato Marketplace)**, the **Webflow Template Marketplace**, or the **Framer Directory**, your transactional parameters, billing terms, and base refund mechanics are bound by the regulations of those third-party environments.

We adhere strictly to Envato’s refund policies for item purchases made on ThemeForest. Support claims or license verification queries originating from those platforms require your official Purchase Code strings before help can be extended.

Product Support & Limitations

Purchasing a product grants access to customer support paths for a limited window (e.g., 6 months for ThemeForest purchases unless extended). Support exclusively encompasses:

Fixing critical operational bugs native to our theme/plugin codebase;
Providing clarity regarding built-in settings and features;
Ensuring files match original installation benchmarks.

Support does not cover bespoke customization, layout design overrides, hosting optimization assistance, or troubleshooting third-party components.

Intellectual Property Rights

All code blocks, visual structures, layout formats, documentation materials, logos, and UI patterns hosted on ThemeWar.com or contained inside our templates are the exclusive intellectual property of ThemeWar. Unauthorized copying, parsing, or extraction of code for commercial resale will result in immediate legal actions.

User Accounts & Security

If you set up an account portal on ThemeWar.com, you are uniquely responsible for securing your login identifiers and access credentials. You agree to notify us at [email protected] if you detect any unauthorized access to your license distribution records.

Limitation of Liability

ThemeWar products are delivered “as is,” without any implied or explicit performance guarantees. We do not assume responsibility for data degradation, server downtime, database corruption, or financial losses stemming from the installation, modifications, or usage of our software files.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to block customer accounts, restrict license update routes, and sever technical access loops without notice if a customer exhibits abusive behavior toward support engineers, initiates fraudulent chargeback proceedings, or actively shares license key access codes on pirate networks.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are executed in accordance with applicable standard legal jurisdictions. Any structural disputes arising from these stipulations shall be filed and arbitrated exclusively inside the courts holding jurisdiction over ThemeWar’s registered corporate operating region.

Modifications to Terms
